Specialized transportation within a commercial carrier
Healthcare and pharmaceutical transportation is a specialized service line of Lancaster Commercial Logistics, run on the same dispatch, documentation, and compliance system as our commercial freight.
Pharmaceutical Transportation
Transportation-only service for qualifying pharmaceutical shipments, subject to LCL's current operating scope and authorization requirements.
Chain-of-custody procedures
Pickup, handoffs, and delivery are recorded against the shipment so custody is documented end to end.
Shipment documentation
BOL, delivery records, signatures, and timestamps stay attached to the shipment in the LCL operating system.
Secure handling
Shipments move direct from pickup to delivery, unopened, with cargo-security and confidentiality procedures.
Qualified, authorized drivers
Pharmaceutical loads are assigned only to drivers who have completed LCL's specialized training and are authorized by management.
Operating scope
Clear about what we do — and what we don't
LCL is a transportation provider. We are not a pharmaceutical warehouse, distributor, third-party logistics (3PL) provider, pharmacy, or dispensing operation. Shipments are picked up and delivered directly, without storage or handling of the product itself.
